The new airport terminal, completed in 2003, also features spectacular conference and meeting space, and has been host to numerous weddings and special events.

The airport is owned and operated by Emmet County, and serviced by Delta.

Lakeshore Express offers charter flights to Chicago

In 2011, Lakeshore Express Aviation, along with its Direct Air Carrier, Pentastar  Aviation Charter Inc., began offering exclusive direct flights between Chicago's Midway Airport and Pellston Regional Airport.

Lakeshore Express operates from the General Aviation terminal at PLN. Hoppies Landing restaurant at PLN

The newest member to the Hoppies family restaurants is located on the upper level of Pellston Regional Airport. Whether it's having a burger and a beer watching the game on one of the many HD big screen TVs, having a pizza party or taking in the sunset from the observation deck with family and friends, there's something for everyone at Hoppies Landing.

Hours are: Monday-Thursday: Noon to 10 p.m. Fridays: Noon to 11 p.m. Saturdays: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sundays: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Wireless and wired: Stay connected

Pellston Regional Airport offers Internet access for visitors with wireless connectivity available throughout the building. Wired connectivity is available in the Business Center as well.
